Abstract

The ferrites powders of the compound NiAl__~t~Fe~2‐t~__O~4~ were produced up to technology of sol‐gel autocombustion. In accordance with x‐ray defractional analysis data the powder particles’ size is 18–33 nanometers. The magnetic and electronic ferrites structure was researched with the help of XANES and MΓΆssbauer spectroscopy methods. The iron ions valency is equal + 3. Magnetic penetrability depends upon the content of nickel ions in the tetrahedral lattice points. The calculation shows that while increasing the nickel concentration in the tetrahedral lattice points the constant of magnetoelastic anisotropy is growing.
