β¦ Synopsis
didn't feel good about this. Samuel had tricked him in this. But why? He could have killed Jon if he wanted to.
Then why send him to a death trap.
It made little sense, unless he couldn't kill a champion.
That's it. Samuel couldn't kill him, so he sent him to die here. What a crafty bastrard.
Another grumbling sound came, followed by a thumping sound. Something large moved behind the wall in front. Something enormous, and could shake the ground with a step.
What the hell moved in there? A slight tremor passed through Jon's legs as he thought about various big animals that could be in there. A three-headed snake?
Damn! He feared snakes the most. He was done for this time. Surely done for.
With his heart beating faster than a spaceship, Jon sneaked inside the huge entrance leading somewhere deep into the mountain.
Fire sparks flew everywhere as something growled. From the small light those fire sparks generated, Jon could only see a big scaled mouth, and two nose holes that could fit him inside.
Was it a huge snake?
The tremor in his legs turned into an earthquake. He hated those nasty snakes. One time, a large snake appeared in his farm. Kiara was just four that time, and that damn animal almost killed her. He had to call for a special hunting team to get rid of that filthy animal. F-ing ass-holes. Those untrained people nearly destroyed his precious harvest for that month. Even today, it gave him a headache to think about those bastards.
Clutching his hands near his heart, he prayed. God, please let it not be a snake.
Another big growl, and this time a huge fire illuminated the small portion of the cave.
Jon's knees lose the vigor, and he dropped on the ground. There was a fire dragon inside there.
F-ing crazy!
Why was a dragon living inside the mountain? That bastard Samuel, he said there's just a monster
