Using power law potential as an effective potential, the fine structure of mass spectrum of QQ and Q4 system is examined. We find the masses of D\* and D within 20 MeV of their experimental values. We predict the masses of D,= :, r," to be 2.47, 2.44, and 2.30 GeV and that of D;= ,, to be 2.36 GeV.

## Abstract As heavy particles fall towards windswept topography, their motion is governed partly by gravitational forces and partly by fluid forces resulting from the relative motion of the particles through the flow field. Topographically induced perturbations of the flow field distort particle p
