We discuss a method for computing the generating function for the multiplicity distribution in field theories with strong time dependent external sources. At leading order, the computation of the generating function reduces to finding a pair of solutions of the classical equations of motion, with no

✦ Synopsis
In this talk, we present techniques to compute the distribution of produced particles in a field theory coupled to strong time-dependent sources. An obvious application of these techniques is the study of heavy ion collisions at high energies in the color glass condensate framework. We discuss the inclusive particle spectrum at Leading and Next-to-Leading order, and the generating function for the distribution of multiplicities.
