## Abstract Hepatocytes have been used for __in vitro__ hepatotoxicity assays because of their ability to sustain intact liver‐specific functions. Here, we demonstrate a hepatotoxicity assay system using primary human hepatocytes trapped in microholes of a microfluidic device, providing a microscal
