## Abstract We report an autopsy case of paraneoplastic opsoclonus–myoclonus–ataxia syndrome associated with small cell carcinoma of the lung. Chemotherapy and lung lobectomy resulted in complete tumor remission and disappearance of myoclonus. However, emotional and behavioral disturbances relapsed
