## Abstract An interpretation is given of the earlier described phenomenon of low‐frequency current oscillations induced by light, X‐ and γ‐rays in CdS, CdSe crystals, basing on the instability of a stationary state of the crystal with unequilibrium electron occupation of traps; the instability bei
