## Abstract Visually guided saccades, memoryβcontingent saccades, and antisaccades were studied with an infraβred reflection technique in 12 patients with idiopathic blepharospasm and in controls. Latencies of the three kinds of saccades were prolonged. Peak velocities and gains did not differ. Our
