✦ Synopsis
A photoinduced paramagnetic anion antisite signal is observed in neutron-irradiated InP before and after annealing up to a 450 °C anneal. For photons of below band gap energy the photoexcited signal decays rapidly, but near band gap energy the illumination induces a persistent signal. It is quenched after heating above 120 K.
