## Abstract A 73‐year‐old man with acute myelomonocytic leukemia developed a severe paralytic ileus after amsacrine and etoposide treatment. The ileus did not respond to treatment with gastric suction and intravenous fluids. Autonomic neuropathy induced by anti‐neoplastic drugs may lead to this lif
