โฆ Synopsis
Community psychology branched from the discipline and field of psychology in the mid-1960's with development of a divergent world view and a variety of different themes. These new themes appear to be similar to themes present in indigenous cultures, and a comparison is made with the culture of the Maori of New Zealand or Aotearoa. The parallels draw attention to the prevailing divergent views that persist between psychology and community psychology.
