## Abstract In vitro lymphocyte stimulation by mitomycin‐C‐blocked tumor cells has been used to demonstrate tumor‐specific antigens in syngeneic murine systems and to follow the evolution of tumor immunity with the tumor‐bearing state. Mitomycin‐blocked tumor cells stimulated syngeneic lymphocytes
