The cause of Li-Fraumeni syndrome, a rare group syndrome of familial cancers, has recently been identified. Patients with this inherited condition are highly susceptible to specific neoplasms, including early-onset breast cancers. The available evidence links Li-Fraumeni syndrome to inherited mutati
