## Abstract Histologic examination lacks the sensitivity to detect micrometastases in gastric cancer lymph nodes. In the present study, we applied a real‐time RT‐PCR approach to the quantitative detection of micrometastases in gastric cancer lymph nodes and compared diagnostic power with routine hi
