bicytopenia (anemia and thrombocytopenia). She is again transfusion dependent and on H1 and H2 blockers. Conclusion: Cladribine therapy is efficient in patient with systemic mastocytosis but response is transient so there is need for new therapy options in this rare hematologic disease.
