โฆ Synopsis
meningeal relapse and sepsis. Increasing bcr/abl positivity was detected in other 2/6 patients, both showed signs of limited chronic GVHD after stopping the immunosuppressive therapy and bcr/abl transcript positivity has been decreased. After median 8.5 months (2.8 20.2) follow up period 5/6 patients are alive in remission and with full donor chimerism, but 4/5 suffers from limited chronic GVHD.
Conclusion:
The advanced phase imatinib resistant CML remains the target of HSCT. In our patient cohort after myeloablative stem cell transplantation chronic GVHD was mandatory for disease control.

## Introduction: The haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is a treatment option for haematological malignancies, solid tumors, and non-malignant diseases as well. The HSCT has an influence on the course of the disease and the quality of life (QoL) similar to other curative methods. ##
## Background Quality of life (QoL) is defi ned as "a patient's subjective evaluation of his life situation". QoL evaluation is carried out by means of generic and specifi c questionnaires. Generic QoL questionnaires generally evaluate a patient's overall condition regardless of his disease. Speci
