✦ Synopsis

A mycelium of Aspergillus niger was prepared by selective inactivation of glucose oxidase by formaldehyde. Oxygen supplying by hydrogen peroxide decomposed by Aspergillus niger catalase was used for cultivation of Micrococcus luteus, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Candida utilis and Kluyveremyces marxianus.
