## Abstract Disuse osteoporosis in children is a progressive disease that can affect quality of life. High‐frequency, low‐magnitude vibration (HFLMV) acts as an anabolic signal for bone and muscle. We undertook a prospective, randomized, double‐blind, placebo‐controlled clinical trial to assess the
