Osteosarcoma (OS) is a highly malignant bone neoplasm of children and young adults. It is characterized by chaotic karyotypes with complex marker chromosomes. We applied a combination of molecular cytogenetic techniques including comparative genomic hybridization (CGH), spectral karyotyping (SKY), a
