## Abstract The nuclear pore complex protein Nup88 is overexpressed in tumor cells. Immunohistochemical studies have shown that this overexpression is linked to higher aggressiveness of colorectal carcinoma and to enhanced metastatic potential of melanoma cells. However, the antibodies so far devel
