The multidrug resistance (MDR) phenotype that is mediated by an overexpression of P-glycoprotein, has been suggested to be related also to an increased activity of protein kinase C (PKC) and to changes in phospholipid pattern. By electron microscope quantitative immunocytochemistry, we investigated
