We report a case of a 7-year-old girl in whom a vascularized fibular head with preserved epiphyseal and metaphyseal blood supply was used to reconstruct the missing lateral mal-leolus. Two-year follow-up showed good bony stability and growth potential of the transplanted epiphyseal plate.
WHLLE osteochondritis dissecans of the knee is comparatively common, the occurrence of the condition in the ankle appears to be sufficiently unusual to warrant the recording of a single case. ## CASE REPORT HISToRY.-Miss Z . M., a European schoolteacher, aged 26, was first seen on July 16, 1948,
