✦ Synopsis

Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (Osler's disease) is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by telangiectasia of the mucous membranes, skin, and virtually every organ. Liver involvement includes angiodysplasias, fibrosis, cirrhosis, and even hepatocellular carcinoma. 'z2
