We have measured the magnetoresistance and I-V characteristics both in with and without magnetic fields, applied parallel to the a&plane at different temperatures in single crystal Bi,.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu30v The I-Vcharacteristics in both cases obey the power law behaviour, VCIZI"(~). The zero-field powe
