Y-Ba-Cu-O films were produced by reactive sputtering in 02 and N20 atmospheres using 248 nm KrF-laser radiation. For substrate temperatures Ts < 630 °C the superconducting properties of films fabricated in N20 are superior to those deposited in 02.
The concentration dependence of the transition temperature T c has been studied in the high-T c compounds (Y~ xTlx)-Ba2Cu307 y, Y(Ba 1 xKx)2Cu307 y and YBa2(Cu I xMg~)307 y. In the TI-compound, the results show little effect on T C. In the K-compound, T~ gradually drops with increasing K concentrati
We have prepared epitaxial YlBa2Cu307"x -and Y2Ba4Cu8016-x-films on SrTi0 3substrates by simultanous evaporation of Y, Cu and BaF 2 followed by an ex situ thermal treatment. Varying the maximal annealing temperature (Tmax) results in a change of the structure and the electrical properties of the fil
