Chapters eight, nine and tan deal with costs and efficiencies, transport of sulphuric acid, and its application. Under " Costs and efficiencies," reference is made t o the graphical system of representation instituted by Quinan. One can cull very valuable data from this chapter concerning the relative merits of the various conccntrntion plants.
