## Abstract In the present study, we investigated the mechanisms by which anti‐endoglin (EDG; CD105) monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) suppress angiogenesis and tumor growth. Antihuman EDG mAb SN6j specifically bound to murine endothelial cells and was internalized into the cells __in vitro__. SN6j effe
