✦ Synopsis
For a general class of stochastic incentive decision problems in which the leader (L) has access to the control value of the follower (F) and to private as well as common static information, there exists a smooth control policy for L which induces the desired behavior on F, even when F's objective function is parametrically uncertain to L.
