The analysis of g-ray spectra using wavelet analysis has recently been demonstrated as a new, promising technique for isotope identification with both NaI and CdZnTe spectra. Wavelet analysis has the potential to benefit over other approaches due to the fact that the signal can simultaneously be ana

Abstract
Generalized microstrip Tβjunctions are investigated by means of a method of moments (MoM) wavelet analysis. The focus is on the optimization of the grid for both efficiency and accuracy. Numerical results for different geometrical parameters show that, in contrast to simpler junctions, this grid has to be designed very carefully. Β© 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Subjectivity in selecting random grid squares for routine quantitative analysis can be circumvented through a combination of finder grids and a computer program. The simple BASIC program described in this paper generates a list of random grid-square numbers, which are sequentially analyzed. The conc
