A existence result of solutions for a class of strongly nonlinear systems with nonmonotone perturbation is presented under quite weak assumptions. For such a strongly nonlinear closed loop control system, we prove the existence of feasible pairs and the existence of optimal controls of corresponding Lagrange type problems. An example is given to demonstrate our results.
