We present a theory of time-resolved Faraday rotation for semimagnetic quantum well structures in the Voigt conΓΏguration. The nonlinear part of the Faraday rotation signal is expressed as probing the carrier spin populations requiring an o -resonant probe frequency. Our computed results conΓΏrm exper
