Objecfives: To analyze the peak systolic velocity (PSV) in ophthalmic arteries with aneurysm. Metlrods: Color flow duplex mapping (CFDM) was performed in 28 carotid-ophthalmic artery segments without ipsilateral carotid stenosis. The angiographic study of the extracranial and intracranial carotid system was utilized as the "gold standard".
