A list of reports of Lunar Transient Phenomena (LTP) which have been observed in 1972 and 1973 by an international group of amateur astronomers is given. From 907 monitoring observations (1972: 526, 1973: 381) 92 LTP (74 reliable, 18 possible individual sightings) have been reported (1972: 52, 1973:

of T, of NH3 is made by observing the transient effects on the uaaqQ(8,7) transition brought by rapid per+ uges applied to the J= 8. K = 7 microwave transition. The value of T1 obtained in the present experiment is found to be much larger than that of ra.
Solar X-rays from 8 .12 ~ have been observed with an ion chamber photometer and fluxes derived from the observations after an assumption concerning the spectral distribution. The time variation of the X-ray flux correlates well with the radio flux, plagc index, and sunspot number. Comparisons of X-r
