Abstract

A method at room temperature, with one pot of 24 h reaction, to synthesize 1‐ethoxy‐4‐cyano‐5‐ethoxycarbonyl‐3__H__‐azuleno[1,2‐c]pyran‐3‐imine which showed inhibitory effect on 15‐lipoxygenase at IC~50~ = 23.2 ± 1.3 m__M__. J. Heterocyclic Chem., 2011.
