✦ Synopsis

Crimes on the coast require a different type of justice!
After nearly twenty years of service, Sheriff Jack Harrington is moving down to Key Biscayne, Florida; a lovely slice of paradise right off the coast of Miami, where he can take it easy, live the good life, and be closer to his daughter.
When one of his old friends is murdered, though, Jack finds himself thrust into a cyclone of danger, death, and intrigue that stretches farther than he ever could have imagined as he hunts down his friend’s killer. It almost seems like too much to handle alone, but Jack isn’t on his own for long.
Headed up by his old flame, The Coastal Crime Unit is a covert team of people uniquely qualified to handle the sorts of crimes that always seem to wash up on paradise’s shores. They want Jack to join them, and together, they just might find the answers he’s been looking for. Or they’ll die trying...M.F
