✦ Synopsis

The spin-wave (s-w) contribution to the part of the polarized neutron scattering cross section proportional to the incident polarization is considered theoretically.

It is shown that a set of parameters, i.e. s-w stiffness and damping and the constant of dipole-dipole interaction, can be extracted from the analysis of the small-angle scattering pattern.
