The relations between the k‐uniform convexity of Banach spaces and both the real and the complex method of interpolation are studied. Estimates on the behaviour of the moduli of k‐rotundity are given.

## Abstract The hamiltonian index of a graph __G__ is the smallest integer __k__ such that the __k__‐th iterated line graph of __G__ is hamiltonian. We first show that, with one exceptional case, adding an edge to a graph cannot increase its hamiltonian index. We use this result to prove that neith
