## Abstract A stability condition is developed for multivariable, nonlinear feedback systems. The method is based on a modified sector condition and is combined with a polynomial expansion of the nonlinear system to create viable approximations that can be exploited within the sector bound setting.
Based on Rumyantsev's method, a procedure is developed for stabilizing stable and unstable equilibria of dynamical systems by continuous and modulus-constrained control actions. It is shown that, when modulus constraints are imposed on the controls, and when the quadratic-form coefficients are reduc
