✦ Synopsis
In this work we propose a new discretization method for quantitative domains. We give an overview of the methods in the literature and we introduce a new one that returns better results. As the need for a discretization method appeared in the definition of a procedure for evaluating the semantics of linguistic labels defined in a previous paper, we also give in this paper an overview of this semantics and of its analysis.
