Using the framework of the general structured (GS) observer, we present a straightforward procedurefor designing an unknown input observer (UIO) jor a linear O'stem subject to unknown inputs or uncertain disturbances. The set of all GS observers insensitive to unknown inputs is derived in this paper

This paper deals with the problem of H∞ observer design for a class of uncertain linear systems with delayed state and parameter uncertainties. This problem aims at designing the linear state observers such that, for all admissible parameter uncertainties, the observation process remains robustly st
