✦ Synopsis

The "post" and "prior" forms of the Glauber exchange amplitude arc reduced in B marme;_ consistent with the Bonham-Ochkur cspansions. The application is with respect to the hydrogen atom, wherein the resulting reduced amplitude can 'k cornpictcly evaluated in closed Corm. Results are presented for the elastic scattering of 4.0 Rydberg electrons, and cpmpcrcd with the corresponding close-coupling and Bonham-Ochkur results. The effect of the Clauber modification is seen to be most important for small angles of scattering.

## Abstract The measurement of deuterium incorporation kinetics using hydrogen/deuterium (H/D) exchange experiments is a valuable tool for the investigation of the conformational dynamics of biomolecules in solution. Experiments consist of two parts when using H/D exchange mass spectrometry to anal
