## Abstract The common mucosal immune system (CMIS) consists of an integrated cross‐communication pathway of lymphoid tissues made up of inductive and effector sites for host protection against pathogenic microorganisms. Major effector molecules of the CMIS include IgA antibodies and cytokines, che
