Cadmium-Iron-Sulphide (Cd-Fe-S) thin films have prepared on indium doped tin oxide (ITO) coated conducting glass substrates by potentiostatic electrodeposition technique. X-ray diffraction pattern shows that the deposited films exhibit mixture of hexagonal CdS and hexagonal FeS phases. Surface morph
