Emulsion polymerization of vinylidene chloride was carried out at 50ะC using sodium lauryl sulfate as emulsifier and potassium persulfate as initiator, respectively. Contrary to the results so far reported, the stirring rate did not affect the progress of the polymerization and such an abnormal kine

Abstract
Upper bounds are established on the number of conductances required for realizing a real symmetric matrix Y as the shortโcircuit conductance matrix of a resistive nโport network containing no negative conductances, and for the realization of a real matrix K as the potential factor matrix of a similar network without negative conductances. These results are the consequence of the properties of the modified cutโset matrix of an nโport and a theorem in the theory of linear programming.
