✦ Synopsis
It is known that the stress generated in an elastic material depends on the temperature distribution if the temperature field is not uniform. In such cases, it is necessary to carry out an analysis using a model taking into account the thermoelastic characteristics. In an actual problem, it is not unusual for an unpredictable external disturbance to enter the temperature field due to nonuniformity of the structural material, impurity in the material, and change in ambient environment (such as weather). In this paper, a modeling of the thermoelastic material is studied in the case where the effect of the external disturbance influences thermal emission from the material surface. In the modeling, a thermoelastic model is proposed in the case where there exist constraints on the extension and contraction of the material. The validity of the theory is verified. .urther, by means of the proposed model, a behavioral analysis of the thermoelastic material is carried out by simulation.
