✦ Synopsis
The local radical density determination in irradiated solids requires a measurement of the RF magnetic field in the cavity while the ESR signal of the sample is being saturated. To evaluate the non-uniformity of the RF field, graphs are presented which permit the evaluation of the variation of magnetic field in a number of resonator (cavity) designs.
