## Abstract A simple, rapid, and highly sensitive spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of acitretin was developed based on the strong green fluorescence of acitretin. Influence of organic solvents on the fluorescence spectra of acitretin was studied. Effects of pH, standing time, and fo
