## Abstract In this paper the global existence of weak solutions for the Vlasov‐Poisson‐Fokker‐Planck equations in three dimensions is proved with an __L__^1^ ∩ __L^p^__ initial data. Also, the global existence of weak solutions in four dimensions with small initial data is studied. A convergence o

✦ Synopsis
A design procedure developed in this paper leads to a feedback suboptimal, least time control system which is assumed to operate in the presence of small disturbances.
The approach is based on the L-problem in functional ana1y.G and the control signal is assumed to be bounded in its norm associated with L,-space.
Computer simulation results are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the technique.
