We performed a reconstruction for the order parameter of nonequilibrium spin glass state of PbMg 1/3 Nb 2/3 O 3 based on the dielectric response theory in relaxor ferroelectrics, which takes into account the competition between local glass like freezing and the critical slowing down of the dynamics
