The Feynman-Gell-Mann equation is reduced to the form of an invariant Gel'fand equation for spin one-half. A Lagrangian theory from which this equation may be derived is proposed. It is shown that a Feynman-Gell-Mann equation for charge -e is transformed by space inversion into the complex conjugate
